Octodec’s retail property portfolio represents 35.7% of our rental income, with community shopping centres accounting for 12.2% and retail street shops for 23.5% of this portfolio. Our shopping centres have performed well, boasting an impressive occupancy rate of 93.2% and in Johannesburg, we have seen improved demand from Nationals for space in well located areas in the CBD.
